We are a group of educational, research and technology leaders, facilitators, and practitioners providing aligned solutions and support to help organizations address their challenges effectively and efficiently. Our experienced team recognizes the potential at the intersection of practice,  industry wide research, localized data, distinctive technology and results driven implementation – hence our name, EduLogic.

EduLogic’s services may begin at the district level; however, our arc of support connects district decisions directly to classroom outcomes.

Our Strategic Planning Process begins with a focus on organizational foundations such as mission, vision, and core values and an analysis of the desired outcomes. We can then create KPIs designed to effectively align those outcomes to the organizational foundations, resulting in a comprehensive roadmap for goal achievement. At EduLogic, we believe in the value of stakeholder experience, and let stakeholder input inform the Strategic Planning Process from start to finish. However, we recognize a plan is only as effective as its IMPLEMENTATION. Our team provides follow-up STRATEGIC IMPLEMENTATION support as well as a data dashboard to keep your plan on-track.

Job interview

EduLogic’s approach to Leadership support is grounded in research and practical experience. Our focus is supporting current leaders while creating the next cohort of leaders through Aspiring Leader Communities. Our process combines in-person facilitation with individual Problems of Instructional Practice (POIPs) which are created by the leader and help to ensure that both application and analysis of impact are aligned to personal and organizational goals. 

Flight Board

The EduLogic Group provides organizations with a thorough RRP Landscape Analysis of their Recruitment, Retention, and Promotion outcomes and perceptions, identifying any gaps between the two. This initial analysis is used to create specific, goal-based implementation plans to optimize RRP. Our support then focuses on working shoulder to shoulder with RRP leaders through the implementation plans and any needed adjustments. Our RRP Dashboard helps districts use research and data to better predict retention and staffing needs. 

Capitol Building

EduLogic’s team recognizes that new initiatives  take fiscal resources to “Plan, Do, Study, and Act.” Often grants serve as great catalysts for innovation, however,  knowing which grants are available and relevant to an organization's needs is not always apparent. EduLogic understands the time commitment required for finding and completing a grant application and that resources from already overburdened district and school leaders may not be available. With EduLogic's Grant Support, you can be confident that applicable grant opportunities are being pursued without diverting resources from other critical functions.
