For example, we can help districts more accurately predict how many middle school math teachers they will need over the next 5 years. The analytics are dynamic and changing as we collect additional data. Research agrees that one of the key indicators for teacher retention is principal leadership (i.e. the climate and culture in the buildings), so we include these data points into our algorithm.
